Liver is a valuable part of our body. It has its own natural detox system but sometimes our liver need a little help from us. When liver become sluggish it often includes headaches, digestive disturbances and constipation. because our diet may inhibit our liver and hurt it`s natural process. Here we need to consult a doctor to recommend a detoxification diet. Think of your liver as it is a filtration unit because all other body parts gave their dirty mess to your liver to get it cleaned. Our liver performs four hundred functions and is an enormous storage unit. So don`t taking poor care of your liver by your food and smoking. Eating right amount of good fats is another key to detox your liver. Liver is responsible for breaking down fats into bile therefore; a part of your diet should be based on healthy fats.
