SALMON FILLED EGGS  

Ingredients

6 boiled eggs

25 gm smoked salmon

4 bunches of calary

A pinch of black pepper

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Juice of 2 lemons

50 ml olive oil

2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Method

Boil the eggs hardly, peel and halve them lengthwise, In a bowl put all ingredients mix well. Finally chop the celery and salmon and put in the bowl.remove the egg yolks to make a place now put the mixture spoon into eggs, and serve.

COCONUT STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 cup milk

½ cup frozen strawberries

1 cup pineapple chunks

¼ unsweetened pineapple juice

2 tablespoon flax seeds

Method

Pour the coconut milk in ice cube tray and freeze it  for 4 hours. Take a blender, add coconut cubes, strawberries, pineapple, and pineapple juice, flax seeds and blend it until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
